The minute you don any shade of “Red”, they can hate you or love you but they won’t be able to ignore you for sure. I’m so tired of everyone around associating the colour red with romance or valentines. It is so much more than that. It is the epitome of bolder, fiercer and more confident us. Also it could very well be the soul of any party to step in.
I have opted for a poppy red coloured plain top with double layers of frills on both sides on the upper waist. I love the semi-loose fit, which makes it one of my favourite. I had to team this head turner with a printed slim-fit jeggings. You girls could even go for those vivid and oversized prints to bring out the poppy red in your outfit even more. Just look around you, starting from all the big brands to the local boutiques, all of them will have shades of poppy red in abundance. You could also go for those frothy, beaded chiffon skirts, tiered tulle dresses and glinting organza capes which are all a part of the fashion scene, seen everywhere right now.
I always love my comfy flats whenever I know I am going to have a busy, running around the whole day. But you could very well add a strong, casual edge to tone down the sugary taste. Try some powerful heels with a delicate poppy red frock. A little tip – Choosing the right shade of red as per the occasion and your skin tone is the key. Remember to keep the make up toned down with an added hint of blush to those cheeks. The only accessory I dare to don away to glory is my wide dialed black watch.
I’ve simply blow-dried my hair with soft wavy curls at the end. This time around with the playful poppy red colour I’ve picked, I decided to let my bangs down. So go right ahead and pick that rightfully YOURS red!!!
