Heya my SSSFam members, hoping that each and every one of you had an amazing start to 2018 with lots of positivity, love, gratefulness and good energies around. This year is going to be as fabulous as last year and a lil birdie tells me it’s gonna be even more fashionable than the year that just went by. So for the January looks which are also my first styling stories for the year, I decided to make them two, so you can be the judge and pick your casual cool from these two for the New Year!!! I have also decided to take polls before I jot down looks, beauty tutorials or reviews, so you should keep an eye on my Instagram stories every month to make your vote count. 😉 So, for the fresh like a breeze January look, I have picked these three beautiful pieces from RIGO – http://www.rigo.in/ and I love their designs. They have outfits for both men and women.
My first look is a bright light-layering look, which is ideal to keep the January chills at bay. I added to this look a stunning (& oh so soft) green velvet bomber jacket from RIGO luxe velvet collection, which is just freshly been added to their collection. It comes with a front zipper and is a versatile piece to have in your wardrobe. I teamed it up with this mustard yellow flare viscose dress. It has very intricate tiered gathered and lace inserts in between which adds a more relaxed silhouette. It can be worn minus the bomber jacket during summer and/or with a tee inside or a jacket on top for the winter. Throw in some statement earrings like XL hoops and a safer bet of your comfy wedges and you are set for the day ahead.
For my second look, I opted for a waterfall cut shrug. I have been obsessed with different shapes, types and patterns of the waterfall trend and I think nothing screams relaxed the way this style does. Plus, this is a must-have for your holiday looks!! So why not take that relaxed, chic yet stylish waterfall shrug and make it a part of your wardrobe staple right? So that’s what I tried doing here. I found a perfect knit textured charcoal grey coloured waterfall shrug on RIGO and I just cannot get over it. I paired it with my previously owned mesh skirt but you can throw this over your dresses, jeans, and even on long flowy skirts.
I am really blown away by the affordable, stylish and trendy options available on RIGO. Hope you gals love these January looks I put together for you all. Stick around for more such looks and the stories behind it.
